Project Lite Status Report not Visible in Reports

Problem

You create a Project Status report in a site created form the Project Lite or Project Standard templates and the updates you add (e.g. % Complete and/or Health Indicator) are not reflected in the reports on the project home page.

Cause

The % Complete and Health Indicator information in the reports are taken from a hidden Project Metrics list, which in turn gets it from the Project Status report. The Project Metrics list does not instantly show updates - it needs to be recalculated, either manually or on a schedule.

Solution

• Wait for the Metrics List Recalculation Timer Job to complete.
• Manually recalculate the Project Metrics list.
