No Datasheet for certain List Views

Problem

The edit this list and the Quick Edit options that give Datasheet access to a view are not available.

Solution

SharePoint 2013 does not allow Datasheet access to a view that has grouping in it. Deactivate grouping in the view or create a copy of the view that does not have grouping.
