Project Ribbon

The project ribbon is an optional feature that gives you quick access to common project actions. You can turn this on or off at a site level by using the Project Settings page. It is available in project type sites like Project Lite, Project Standard, etc.

Options

View Project Statement

Open the project statement in a dialog.

Edit Manual Metrics

Edit the site's manual metrics in a dialog. Learn more about this feature.

Refresh Project Data

Opens a dialog where you can see settings relating to data refresh.

• If activated for the sites task list, you can see when the tasks list schedule was last calculated, and optionally force a re-calculation.
• You can see when the project metrics list was last refreshed, and optionally force a refresh.
• You can force a refresh of the full Work Cache for the site and its sub-sites.
