By default, the Project Calendar that exists at the top of the BrightWork site collection is used by Resource Reports; however this calendar must first be activated for exception days added to it to be reflected in the various Resource Reports.

To activate the default Project Calendar

  1. Click Home to go to the Site Collection home page.
  2. Click Settings | Site Settings.
  3. Click BrightWork Settings.
  4. Select Use a calendar list in this site and click OK.
