Using BrightWork Reporter Outside of BrightWork
To activate BrightWork Reporter in a non-BrightWork site:
Note: BrightWork Reporter can be easily used in any non-BrightWork site collection ; however you should be aware that, unless you have a server license for BrightWork Reporter, the licensing terms applicable to BrightWork also apply to BrightWork Reporter, that is, if you have 100 licenses for BrightWork, then only those 100 users can use BrightWork Reporter outside of BrightWork. Use by any other users contravenes the terms of your BrightWork license.

- Go to the site collection home page and click Settings
| Site Settings. - Click Site Collection Features under the Site Collection Administration heading.
- Click Activate in the BrightWork Reporter row.
Note: If BrightWork Reporter is not available, please contact your system administrator.
If you deactivate BrightWork Reporter, the BrightWork Reporter library and its contents are deleted. Re-activating BrightWork Reporter restores the library but any reports that were stored in the library will be irretrievably deleted.
