BrightWork Reporter allows you to display content from multiple sites and lists in a single report. The various ways you can do this are described below.
Standard Options
Report on just the site the report is located in
This is the default option that the single project template use
Report on the subsites of the site the report is located in
This is the default option that the multiple project template use.
Specify the site(s) a report is to report on
All reports allow you to nominate a specific site or group of specific sites to report on. This list of sites is maintained on a web part by web part basis.
Portfolios
Create a Portfolio to Report on a basket of sites
Portfolios allow you to nominate a specific site or group of specific sites to report on. This list of sites is maintained in a list and all sites added to the Portfolio list are reported on in all reports in the Portfolio. The Project Office Portfolio templates has the same reports as a Project Office.
