Now that you have your templates selected and ready, it is time to create your project hierarchy. Many organizations are structured in a hierarchy appropriate to the organization's needs and circumstances. The criteria for the structure can be geography, function, department etc. The main thing to realize is that BrightWork fully supports the concept of structure being reflected in a SharePoint site collection hierarchy.
The hierarchy is created organically, to add site to the hierarchy, you create it from the parent site, i.e. the site that will be immediately above it in the hierarchy.
Note: Remember to create a site using the Project Office template first and then to create your initial projects under this site. This means clicking the Site Actions | Create Project button from the Project Office.
