Manually Bind Site to Template

To facilitate Design Sync, sites are automatically bound to the template used to create them. There are three situations where this may not or may no longer be the case:

• The site was created prior to the release of BrightWork 9.5
• The template binding has been removed
• The template used to create the site has been deleted

To manually bind a site to a template:

1. Click Settings | Site Settings on the site you want to update.
2. Click Configure Template Binding.
3. Click Browse.

   

4. Click Enter on your keyboard to display a list of the available appropriate templates.

   Note: Only templates of the type (e.g. Project Lite; Project Standard etc.) that were used to create the site should be displayed. If the site and template are from a previous version of BrightWork, it may be possible to bind the site to a different type of template; however, this is not supported or recommended.

5. Select a template and click OK.
6. Click OK again.

   

7. Click OK to confirm you want to update the Template the site is bound to.
