The Report Locations report displays all the locations in the site hierarchy that a particular BrightWork Reporter Library report is selected. This can assist you with efficient housekeeping in the BrightWork Reporter Library.

The benefits of this report include:

  • Ensuring that you do not delete any reports that are in use
  • Ensuring that you are fully aware of all the locations a report you are about to edit is in use

To view a report locations report:

  1. Navigate to the BrightWork Reporter Library and click Report Locations on the menu of the report you want to edit.
  2. Define the scope of the report.
  3. Click Locate.

The length of time the report takes to load depends on the number of sites and Reporter web part pages it has to query.
