Associate Work Items with Roles

With certain lists, items in the list are pre-associated with Project Team-Roles, via the Owner Role column.

The following lists have the Owner Role column available out-of-the-box in BrightWork:

• Project Change Requests
• Project Deliverables
• Project Goals
• Project Issues
• Project Milestones
• Project Phases
• Project Risks
• Project Tasks (BrightWork Tasks only)

One benefit from assigning Owner Roles to items in these lists is that you can use the Project Team-Roles list Propagate Owner Values feature. This lets you easily make a selected Team-Role holder the Owner (and Assignee, if required) of items with that Team-Role.
