BrightWork allows you to configure the form (new, edit and read) visibility settings of columns in a list in a BrightWork site collection (including standard SharePoint lists).

To configure column visibility settings:

  1. Click List | List Settings

  2. Click Column visibility settings (BrightWork).
  3. Select the desired options which include:
    • Show in New Form
    • Show in Edit Form
    • Show in Display Form
    • Hide from Forms and Views

    Selecting the "Hide from Forms and Views" option in relation to columns used in Data Binding (e.g. % Complete) in Chart, Gantt and Resource Usage reports and other web parts may cause reports that use these columns to return an error.

  4. Click OK.
